Scott Wooden

Director

Scott Wooden has been in the Contact Centre Industry as a Contact Centre Manager since 1998 and has worked for companies such as OzEmail, iiNet and engin.


Charles Solomon

Director

Over 15 years of experience, managing both private and publicly listed companies, including Weatherzone and Engin. Extensive prior experience in sales, marketing and general management.

Rose Vegara

Team Manager

Rose commenced her BPO career in 2006 and has been part of TREC Australia since 2013. Rose currently manages various campaigns at TREC and is a fan of diversity. She ensures involvement in accounts' activities, and spearheads operations. Rose is responsible for fostering strong, professional relationships with clients.

Nathan Villarama

Team Manager

Nathan has 17 years of experience in the BPO industry, excelling in customer service, lead generation, and technical support roles. With demonstrated leadership skills Nathan joined TREC Australia in 2016 gaining significant experience in team administration, client management, workforce planning and resource management.

Donna Portales

Team Manager

Donna joined TREC Australia in December 2013 and has worked with clients across various lines of business, leading teams in delivering excellent service. With over 16 years of experience in the BPO industry, Donna is well-equipped to manage diverse client needs and ensure high-quality service delivery.
